    Tell us what is wrong. A corrected field is locked afterwards, so it does not revert on the next sweep.

    The rates are on the sponsor and submit pages. Checkout is not open yet, so a placement is arranged by email.

No general response time is promised, because none has been committed to. A takedown request is the exception: those are actioned within 24 hours.
